At Dunia, all sales are final, we don’t offer refunds.
However, we do offer a one-time exchange per order, if the size isn’t right.
Here’s how it works:
You must request the exchange within 2 days of delivery
The item must be unworn, unwashed, Tagged, and in original condition
Buyer covers return shipping
No second exchanges, just one shot.
